This week the Dutch Senate approved the new act that establishes the Dutch Games of Chance Authority (‘Kansspelautoriteit’). The Authority shall take over the responsibilities of the previous regulator (‘College van Toezicht op Kansspelen’) and shall receive a full array of restrictive measures.
